I am going to post in a backward direction as I am so far behind on updating this blog. Briana got an apron and chef's hat for Christmas and Paityn was feeling a little left out so Grandma Dianne made Paityn her very own apron. Carson participated in the school choir this year and he had his spring performance this last week. They sang songs as they "took a trip around the world" it was fun to listen to and the did a little swaying and clapping and some actions to some of the songs too. There were about 100 4th and 5th graders that made up the choir this year.
Sierra also got to have a friend party this year. I think she invited 14 girls and had quite a good turn out. She got Just Dance 3 for her birthday so she played with her friends and she got some presents and lots of money from her friends. They ate dirt cups for dessert and had a fun time hanging out. For her actual birthday we had fruit pizza for dessert it was really yummy. Sierra turned 12 and is now in YW's.
Briana turned 7 this last year and she had never had a friend birthday party. She is pretty easy going and I told her we just weren't going to be able to have one this year and she kept asking but didn't really push the issue. Aunt Martha came on her birthday so I had her pick her up from school and take her to get an ice cream in the meantime all her friends came and we surprised her with a party. The girls played pin the flower in Tinkerbell's hair and painted fingernails and then the girls just played for a while. She had a fun time and got some fun presents.
Steve was in charge of the camera and this is all he took. Paityn was a ladybug, Carson was a vampire, Sierra was a vampire, and Briana was Hannah Montana. They all got lots of candy and were very happy with their loot!
