The Beach

 Alice treated us to this restaurant where we ate breakfast and watched the ocean as we ate, the food was super delicious.

 We managed to lose a flip flop and a hat at the restaurant. Both were recovered before we left!!

Right after the last picture our camera got dropped in the ocean and never worked again. We were so glad the memory card still worked but we didn't get many pictures after this. Steve also got his phone wet and it never worked again either. I guess this was the day of losing and breaking things. Oh well we still had a great day and a wonderful time in California.

Whale Show

We also got to see the whale show but I thought it was a bit disappointing because the trainers no longer get in the water with the whales. Someone recently died I think at Sea World in Florida so I can see that they have to take the precautions but the show wasn't as good as it was 13 years ago when Steve and I went. These are such amazing animals and so fun to watch. We were in the soak zone but thankfully we didn't get wet cause it was overcast and a little cool that day.

We went to Sea World in April. We took Amelie to meet a friend and we went to Sea World and the Beach and ate Breakfast looking over the ocean and saw some big ships going out of the bay as well. The kids favorite part was just playing at the beach.

Cookies

Amelie and her friends decided to make cookies one day!! The kids wanted to help too so they were getting aprons and right up in the mess of things. The cookies turned out good.
