We really wanted to get Amelie's picture with the Welcome to Las Vegas Sign but we never found it and really wanted to go to the M&M world so that is where we spent our evening. It was fun to go in and see all the m&m's and we even got to watch a little 3D movie it was a lot of fun.

Not sure where Carson was during all this but I guess he wasn't cute enough for Sierra to take a picture of him. When we took Amelie back to Las Vegas to fly home in May we stopped to do some quick sealings at the Las Vegas Temple. We just let the kids walk around outside while we went in. They do look a little warm in some of these pictures. When we were done a lady let us bring the kids into the lobby of the temple and take them into the atrium just outside of the lobby it was really pretty and neat that they let the kids go in and take a look they also had lots of pretty pictures of Christ in the lobby.

Church History Museum/ Navy Ship

 Briana & Carson
We  went to see the LDS Church History Museum (can't remember the exact name) in San Diego and it was one of the funnest things we did. They take you on an adventure with a pioneer family then when you are done you get to pan for gold and ride stick horses and get an old time picture taken. It was fun to see the navy ship too. It is so big and heavy looking it really made me wonder how it stays afloat!!

San Diego Temple

After we were at the beach we went by the San Diego Temple to show the kids. We had all been playing in the ocean the camera had been dropped in the water and wasn't working anymore and Steve's cell phone was missing!!! We were a little frazzled. It is such a beautiful building and we wouldn't have wanted to miss showing it to our kids.

Peggy Sue's

Amelie, Briana, Sarah, trying to decide what to eat

On our way to California we stopped at this cute place called Peggy Sue's Diner. The kids were totally against trying it they thought it sounded dumb, but we wanted to give them some culture so we went in and had some lunch. It was the cutest diner where the waitresses were dressed in the waitress outfits and they had all this old stuff on the walls and statues and stuff. When we were done we went to the back where they have these little river thing that goes through a dinosaur park where the dinosaurs are cement. It was a fun place!!
